Get in front of founders at the moment they choose everything.

Teams in this cohort have no incumbent tools, no cap table, and no hiring process yet. They are picking all three during the twelve weeks you sponsor.

Who we are

The accelerator that hands teams the ownership machinery, not a check.

The Earned Equity Accelerator is run by LinkedTrust. Teams get the legal instrument (Fairmint or Slicing Pie) and the work tracking that turns verified contribution into equity, so they can recruit anyone in the world and pay in ownership instead of promises.

We run on it ourselves. Our CEO in Nairobi was elected. Our own cap table is built from peer reviewed tasks. Founders in the cohort are building in healthcare, microfinance, and risk and compliance, and they come from Nairobi, Lagos, Tel Aviv and elsewhere. Some are juniors. Some have run companies before.

Why sponsor

What a sponsor actually gets out of it

It stays free for the teams

Sponsorship is what pays the stipend pool and keeps the toolkit open, so founders can do this instead of contract work. That is the whole reason the money is needed.

Hiring signal you cannot buy

Every contributor has a verified, peer reviewed record of what they actually did. Not a CV. Most of them are early career developers you would otherwise have no way to assess.

Deal flow before anyone else

Each team has a real cap table from week one. You see the companies and the contribution data behind them at demo day.

Your name on something real

Pick a part of the program and it carries your name. We say it out loud when that thing happens, the way IIW thanks the sponsor of the opening circle.

Association with the ownership story

Founders paying contributors in real, tracked ownership. It is a story worth being attached to and it is not a story anyone else can tell yet.

None of your time, unless you want to spend it

Every engagement below is optional. Hand us credits and docs and we run the rest.
