Possible demo around cobalt claims in DRC: 'there's attestations the cobalt folks have to make — not so much impact, but legally they're supposed to be providing money to the communities there, and they're not. And I know that for a fact because I know someone there.' Concept extension: 'in addition to impact reports, you can have responsibility reports' — and entities legally required to claim positive impact who are NOT reporting; the ABSENCE of the required report is itself the finding ('where are those reports?'). She has someone on the ground in DRC who could make claims about this. Connects to: Active/untp (cobalt sector extension untp-ext-cobalt, deferred) and the linked-claims-extractor pipeline (same extraction machinery, different report class).
