Amebo work list, dev VM session 2026-08-05. Shipped: CRM open context as a work-list source (commit 23d0e76). An open crm.lead past the first stage with no mail.activity now becomes a card - the CRM had 3 scheduled follow-ups against 1237 open opportunities, so the follow-up-only source made the CRM invisible on the list. 17 records team-wide, 4 for Golda, filtered to the viewer by Odoo user id, ranked in the judged band (further along the pipeline and longer quiet rank higher, quiet capped at 180 days), with the contact's own last words on the card and a detail sheet at crm:lead/<id>. New file backend/tests/test_work_list_crm_open_context.py; full suite 922 passed. amebo-backend restarted, so it is live. Diagnosed workers.vc reporting no per-user lists: per-person filtering (viewer_identity.py) only landed in main 2026-08-05, so that box runs older code with no filter at all - it needs a deploy of current main, then its instances.config taiga_identities / crm_identities map filled (an unmapped viewer is not filtered and sees everyone's rows, which looks identical to the bug).
