Made /whats-shipped skill (sweep real records, output candidates lists only). CRM: enriched all 21 high-priority orgs with verified research notes + 14 emails (abra crm-enrichment-2026-08-05); found RWOT + Zebras Unite dormant; lexicon.community meeting + Start.coop deadline Aug 6. Events research 4 cities -> ~/work/8-5-2026-events-prospecting.md. Campaign structure: 6 active campaigns defined, 7 Taiga epics created on bizdev board w/ 18 stories organized, campaigns ref-linked to epics, 13 orgs attached to the two decentralized campaigns, Impact renamed Impact Validation, off-saas campaign doc w/ Ghost cluster (back burner, CEO contact, fork-freshness blocker, 402 idea). Strategy: bank vote early (AEVL+BallotTrax, hand-back to drop boxes), hold certification (Cochise County board pre-signaling 2026 refusal rerun; 2022 McGinley ruling = certification ministerial+mandatory), win story visibly (I Voted photo ops idea from former People mag writer contact). Golda talks to Aileen of takeactiontucson.org ~Wed 8/12; TAT model to be replicated as-is by other cities, only additions: what-to-do-if page + trainings on calendar.
