On 2022-11-22 the Texas Tribune reported allegations from LatinoJustice that MTC continued charging the state for inmate treatment and parole-preparation programming that was not provided, and that prisoners were pressured to falsify documents stating they had received treatment. The allegations concern MTC's Texas state-contracted facilities.
